To prepare the spicy tomato prawn curry, start by cleaning the prawns. remove the shells and devein them, if necessary. rinse them thoroughly under cold water and set them aside.
Heat sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat. once the oil is hot, add the sliced shallots and sautËúÖ them until they turn translucent.
Add curry leaves and green chillies to the pan and continue sautËúÖing for a minute until they release their aroma.
Stir in the ginger garlic paste and sautËúÖ for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears, and the mixture turns golden brown.
Add the chopped ripe tomatoes to the pan. cook the tomatoes until they become soft and start breaking down.
