To prepare spicy beetroot stir-fry, start by peeling and finely chopping the beetroot into small pieces.
Heat a pan or kadai and add cooking oil.
Add cumin seeds, split yellow gram (chana dal), and split black gram (urad dal). saut„© them until they turn golden brown.
Next, add the finely chopped beetroot to the pan. mix well to coat the beetroot pieces with the tempering.
Add salt to taste and curry leaves to the pan. stir everything together.
