To prepare the yard beans and potato stir-fry, start by pressure cooking the yard beans with a little water and salt for about 1 whistle. set them aside once cooked.
Allow the pressure to release naturally and then strain the excess water from the cooked yard beans.
Heat a skillet with oil and add fennel seeds. let them crackle.
Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and saute them until they become crisp and cooked.
Optionally, cover the skillet with a lid and let the potatoes cook for about 5 minutes.
