How To Cook?

Cook the basmati rice according to the instructions on the package. once cooked, let it cool down and separate the grains using a fork.

Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.

Add minced garlic, ginger, and finely chopped green chillies. saute for a minute until fragrant.

Add sliced spring onions, diced green capsicum, and grated carrot to the pan. stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Cut the paneer into small cubes and add it to the pan. stir-fry for a few more minutes until the paneer is lightly browned.
