To create the creamy mustard prawn delight, start by cleaning and deveining the prawns. marinate them with salt, turmeric, and kashmiri red chili powder. set aside.
Soak the yellow mustard seeds and poppy seeds in water for about ten minutes. after soaking, grind them along with green chilies and water until you obtain a smooth paste.
Next, heat the mustard oil in a wok. once the mustard oil is hot, add the slit green chili. reduce the heat and add the prepared mustard paste.
Cook for approximately 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the marinated prawns, salt, and beaten curd to the wok. cook the creamy mustard prawn mixture on low heat for an additional 10 minutes.
