To prepare the spicy paneer and capsicum sandwich, grate the paneer using a grater and place it in a large bowl.
Add finely chopped capsicum, green chilli, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and salt to the grated paneer. mix well to combine.
Take a bread slice and spread a small portion of the paneer and capsicum mixture evenly on it. place another bread slice over it and gently press to seal.
Repeat the process to make the rest of the sandwiches.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. apply a little butter on the skillet.
