To begin making spicy paneer manchurian, let's start by preparing the batter for frying the paneer cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, finely chopped ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, water, salt, and black pepper powder. mix until you have a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan or wok for deep frying. while the oil is heating, dip each paneer cube into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated.
Carefully drop the coated paneer cubes into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
In another pan, heat a tablespoon of oil. add chopped spring onions, minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. saut„© them for 2-3 minutes.
