Start by preparing the spicy paneer methi tikki. in a large bowl, grind together the finely chopped fenugreek leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves, ginger, and chopped onion to form a smooth paste.
To the ground paste, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Add the grated paneer to the mixture and mix thoroughly to ensure the paneer is coated evenly with the spice paste. cover the bowl and let the paneer marinate for at least 3 hours.
Heat a grill pan or a regular pan with oil over low to medium heat. place the marinated paneer tikkis on the hot pan and cook until they turn crisp and browned on all sides.
Once the paneer tikkis are cooked, remove them from the pan and sprinkle crushed kasuri methi on top for added flavor. you can also sprinkle some chaat masala for an extra tangy taste, if desired.
