Start by cutting the paneer into big cubes and place them in a bowl. heat oil for frying.

Add red chilli powder, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, and salt to taste. mix all the ingredients together.

Sprinkle all-purpose flour and corn starch over the paneer cubes and coat them evenly.

Fry the coated paneer on high flame until it becomes crisp. avoid stirring the paneer frequently.

Once the paneer cubes turn crisp, remove them from the oil and set them aside.
