Roughly chop the green chilies. cut the paneer and onions into 1-inch cubes.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. add garlic and green chilies, saute for half a minute.
Add onions and saute for 1-2 minutes. then, add red chili paste, vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of crushed black pepper, and salt. mix well.
Pour 1/2 cup of water into the pan, along with green capsicum and paneer cubes. cook for 5-7 minutes.
Stir in paneer chili masala and fresh coriander. switch off the heat and transfer the mixture into a serving bowl.
