Cut paneer into small cubes and set aside.

In a bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, corn flour, salt, and black pepper powder. mix well to form a marinade.

Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and toss until they are well coated. let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan or wok. add minced garlic, ginger, and finely chopped green chilies. saute for a minute until fragrant.

Add diced onions and bell peppers. stir-fry until they are slightly tender.
