Start by cutting the paneer into cubes. cut them into 1/2-inch cubes or adjust the size according to your preference.
Sprinkle salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, curry leaves, coriander, and ginger garlic paste onto the paneer cubes. mix them lightly with your hands.
Add corn starch and rice flour to the paneer cubes and gently toss to coat the flours evenly.
Pour lemon juice, curd, and a dash of water into the mixture. mix again to create a thick, pouring consistency batter that coats the paneer cubes completely.
Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet. deep fry the paneer cubes until they turn crisp and golden on the outside. remove them to a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. set aside.
