To begin making the spicy paneer quesadilla, first, prepare the filling. in a mixing bowl, combine corn flour with 1/4 cup of water to create a base sauce.
Stir in soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, and salt. mix everything well to form a smooth sauce.
In a wok or large pan, heat oil over high heat. add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chilies. stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add the chopped spring onions and saute for a minute or until they become tender.
Stir in the chopped green capsicum and cook until it becomes tender as well.
