To prepare the spicy paneer pineapple grilled sandwich, start by mixing the filling ingredients in a small bowl. combine the four pepper tango cheese, red chilli flakes, cooked/canned pineapple, paneer, green bell pepper, and salt. stir well until the mixture is evenly combined. adjust the salt and cheese according to your taste preference.
Note: for the best taste, it's recommended to use cooked or canned pineapple in the filling.
If using fresh pineapple, you can cook it in a pressure cooker with some sugar, water, and a pinch of salt for a few whistles, then turn off the heat.
Take the whole wheat bread slices and assemble the sandwiches. spoon a generous amount of the prepared filling onto one slice of bread and spread it evenly.
