In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, sabudana, and rock salt (sendha namak). knead until everything comes together into a smooth dough-like ball.
Set the dough aside for further use.
In another bowl, add chopped cashew nuts, peanuts, grated coconut, rock salt (sendha namak), sugar, and green chilies. mix everything well and set aside for further use.
Take a portion of the potato dough and flatten it in your hands. add a heaped spoonful of the filling in the center and close it up.
Shape the mixture into a proper tikki shape and roll it in desiccated coconut until fully coated. repeat this step with the remaining dough.
