In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, active dry yeast, curd, sugar, sunflower oil, and a pinch of sea salt. mix well.
Gradually add water and knead the ingredients into a soft and smooth dough. cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Boil the brown-skinned potatoes until they are tender. once cooled, peel and mash the potatoes.
In a pan, heat a little cooking oil and saute the finely chopped red onion until translucent.
Add minced garlic and finely chopped green chili. saute until fragrant.
