To create spiced chicken patties, start by whisking the egg in a small bowl and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with all the spices, including garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, rice flour, 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, and salt to taste. thoroughly combine the ingredients.
If the mixture appears too sticky to shape into balls, add more bread crumbs to achieve the desired consistency.
Take a portion of the mixture (about the size of a lemon) and shape it into a round patty.
