To prepare the spiced mango yogurt curry, start by cutting the ripe mango into slices and set them aside.
In a blender, combine the green chillies, fresh coconut kernel, and cumin seeds. blend them into a smooth paste and keep it aside.
Heat a pan and add jaggery along with turmeric powder, stirring until the jaggery melts and the mixture becomes fragrant.
Now, add the sliced mango to the pan and cook for a few minutes until it softens slightly.
Stir in the previously prepared coconut-chilli-cumin paste and cook for a couple of minutes to let the flavors blend.
