To prepare the spiced radish yogurt curry, heat a kadai with sunflower oil and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and asafoetida.
Add the green chilies and grated radish to the kadai.
Saute until the radish is cooked without browning or roasting them. you can add a little water, cover it with a lid, and let it cook.
Once the radish is cooked, let it cool down.
In a bowl, whisk the greek yogurt with salt and a little water according to your desired consistency.
