To prepare spiced cluster beans stir-fry, start by washing and trimming the ends of the cluster beans. cut them into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. add cumin seeds and let them splutter for about 10 seconds.
Now add finely chopped garlic and saute for a minute until it releases its aroma.
Add the sliced onion and continue cooking until it becomes soft and translucent.
Next, add the chopped cluster beans to the pan and pour in 1/2 cup of water. cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes until the beans are partially cooked.
