To begin making the spiced baby corn and paneer stir fry, first, pressure cook the baby corn with water and salt for about 1 whistle until it is tender.
Allow the pressure to release naturally, then drain any excess water if there is any.
In a saucepan, heat some oil and add fennel seeds. allow them to crackle, then reduce the heat and add the green chili. saute until it softens.
Add the cooked baby corn and paneer cubes to the pan and saute for 2 minutes.
Now, add the red chili powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, turmeric powder, salt, and jaggery. mix well until the spices coat the vegetables and paneer.
