Coat the baby corn with all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat a teaspoon of oil and add the flour-coated baby corn. stir-fry on low to medium heat.

Cover the pan and allow the baby corn to cook until it becomes tender yet firm, taking about 5 to 10 minutes on low to medium heat. stir occasionally for even cooking.

Once the baby corn is cooked, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
