To begin making paneer stuffed with nuts in creamy kofta curry, let's start with preparing the stuffing for the paneer.
Scoop out or cut out a small portion from the center of each paneer cube and transfer the scooped out paneer to a bowl. crumble or grate it and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped green chillies and grated ginger. saute until the ginger becomes fragrant.
Add raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio nuts, turmeric powder, chickpea flour (besan), salt, and cardamom powder to the crumbled paneer. mix well.
