In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, and oil. mix well until the oil is evenly incorporated into the flour.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead the mixture to form a smooth dough for chapatis. set the dough aside and let it rest for a while.
Grate the paneer and place it in a separate bowl. add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt to the grated paneer. gently mix the spices with the paneer, being careful not to mash it.
Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a medium-sized ball. dust it with plain dry flour and roll it out into a large rectangular shape using a rolling pin.
Evenly spread the prepared paneer mixture over the rolled chapati.
