To prepare the creamy rose paneer curry, cut the paneer into thin slices or cubes and place them in a bowl.

Add kashmiri red chili powder and turmeric to the paneer, mix well to coat the paneer with the spices.

Heat a little ghee in a pan and shallow fry the paneer cubes until they turn lightly golden. remove the fried paneer and set it aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining ghee and add bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and coriander seeds. saut„© them for a few seconds to release their aromas.

Now, add chopped onions and fry until they become translucent and the raw smell disappears.
