Start by washing the lady's finger (okra) and drying them thoroughly.
Remove the stems and cut the top ends of the okra to create a pocket.
Keep the seeds aside.
In a bowl, combine the grated raw mango, cottage cheese (paneer), coriander powder, mango powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to make the paneer masala stuffing. mix well and set aside.
Stuff each lady's finger with the paneer masala mixture.
