To create paneer-stuffed jackfruit delight, start by preparing the raw jackfruit. grease your hands and the knife with some oil to prevent stickiness from the fruit's natural latex. cut the jackfruit in half, discard the skin, and cut it into 1-inch pieces, soaking them in salted water to avoid discoloration.
Pressure cook the prepared jackfruit pieces with 1/4 cup of water for 1 whistle, then turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally. drain any water and set aside.
In a pan, heat mustard oil on medium heat and shallow fry the jackfruit pieces until they become crisp, which takes about 5-7 minutes. drain them on absorbent paper and set aside.
In another pan, heat garlic butter over low heat, add fennel seeds and allow them to sizzle. then add onions and fry until soft for about 3 minutes.
Add paneer and fry until well combined. turn off the flame.
