To prepare cabbage koftas, start by making the koftas.
In a bowl, mix together ginger garlic paste, curd, onion paste, bay leaves, big cardamom, cinnamon, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Add water as needed and mix well to form a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan for frying the koftas.
Take small portions of the cabbage and dip them into the besan batter to form pakoras (koftas). fry the koftas in hot oil until they turn brown and crisp. place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
