Begin by preparing the stuffed paneer besan cheela. in a mixing bowl, combine besan flour, finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chilies, and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Season the mixture with cumin powder and a pinch of salt. mix everything well to form a thick batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or a griddle and lightly grease it with a few drops of oil.
Pour a ladleful of the besan batter onto the hot pan and spread it evenly to form a thin round circle, just like making a crepe.
Cook the cheela on medium heat until the bottom side turns golden brown and crisp. drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges.
