To make the paneer kofta, mix grated paneer, all-purpose flour, salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder in a bowl until well combined. optionally, add cooked little millet for added nutrition and texture.

Shape the mixture into small balls to form the koftas.

Baking method: preheat the oven to 200_c. grease a baking sheet with oil and place the paneer kofta balls on it. bake in the oven until they turn golden brown.

Pan-frying method: heat a paniyaram pan and add a little oil to each cavity. cook the paneer kofta balls until they become golden brown from both sides. turn them gently with the help of a spoon.

For the creamy tomato sauce, heat oil in a pan and add honey and grated ginger. cook until the honey starts to boil.
