In a mixing bowl, combine grated carrot, chopped spinach, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, sorghum flour, and whole wheat flour.
Gradually add water to form a firm and non-sticky dough. knead the dough well and let it rest for about 10 minutes. form the dough into medium-sized balls.
Dust the dough balls with wheat flour and gently roll them into thin circular flatbreads (theplas).
The size of the flatbread depends on your preference for thickness.
