To prepare the nutritious sorghum flatbread, start by making the dough.
In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped onion, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves, salt, and green chili. mix the ingredients well.
Add the sorghum flour (jowar) and sunflower oil to the mixture. mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Gradually add water as needed to form a stiff and smooth dough. knead it well.
Grease your hands with a few drops of oil and divide the dough into equal portions.
