To prepare sorghum and whole wheat onion flatbread, start by mixing chopped onions, green chilies, coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, turmeric, salt, whole wheat flour, and sorghum flour in a large mixing bowl.
Add water little by little and knead the mixture into a firm, non-sticky dough. ensure it is well-kneaded.
Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes, then divide it into medium-sized balls.
Dust each ball with wheat flour and gently roll it out into a thin, circular flatbread. the thickness of the flatbread can vary according to your preference.
Repeat the rolling process with the remaining dough portions.
