To make coconut and coriander semolina flatbread, begin by finely chopping the onion, fresh coriander leaves, and green chili pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine semolina, chopped onion, grated fresh coconut, jaggery, salt, fresh coriander leaves, chopped green chili pepper, and turmeric.
Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Slowly add water to the mixture, a little at a time, while continuously kneading it into a smooth dough. the amount of water needed may vary, so add it gradually to achieve the right consistency.
Once the dough is smooth and pliable, cover it and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes.
