To prepare the pumpkin spinach flatbread, start by washing the spinach leaves in cold water and finely chopping them.
Peel the skin off the pumpkin and grate it.
In a large bowl, combine the wheat flour, grated pumpkin, chopped spinach, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Gradually add water little by little and knead the mixture to form a tight dough. be cautious with the amount of water to avoid making the dough too runny.
