Heat a wide pan with sesame oil.
Add the minced garlic cloves, grated ginger, and finely chopped green chilies. fry them for a few seconds until fragrant.
Now add the sliced onions and mix well. cook until the onions turn light pink.
Add the grated carrot and crumbled tofu to the pan. sprinkle salt to taste. mix well to combine all the ingredients.
