To create this delightful spicy fusion grilled fish, begin by preparing the marinade.
Clean the fish and make a few slits in it. marinate the fish with plain salt for 15 minutes.
Cut the fish into two halves for easier grilling.
In a mixing bowl, combine ginger paste, red mustard seed paste, tamarind paste, green chillies, red chilli paste, freshly grated coconut, curd, and a pinch of salt. add 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil to the mixture.
Marinate the fish with this flavorful spice mixture. cover and refrigerate the marinated fish for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
