To prepare the spicy seer fish delight, gather all the spices in a bowl, including turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, dried mango powder, garam masala powder, ajwain seeds, ginger garlic paste, and dried fenugreek leaves.
Mix the spices thoroughly until they form a cohesive mixture.
Add lemon juice and salt to the spice mixture. mix well to create a marinade.
Coat both sides of the seer fish pieces with this marinade. allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, dry roast the chickpea flour (besan) in a pan until it turns light brown. set it aside.
