To prepare the spicy baked fish fillets, start by cleaning the fish thoroughly. in a large bowl, create a marinade by mixing red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, water, and 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil to form a fine paste.
Add the fish fillets to the marinade and coat them well. let the fish marinate for about half an hour to absorb the flavors.
While the fish is marinating, preheat your oven to 180ÔøΩc (356ÔøΩf) for approximately 10 minutes.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent the fish from sticking to the tray during baking.
Arrange the marinated fish fillets on the lined baking tray and set your oven to grill mode.
