To prepare the egg and onion paniyaram, start by heating a kadai with some oil. add mustard seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds. then, add curry leaves, onions, and green chilies.
Saute for a few minutes until the onions become translucent and soft. turn off the heat and stir in the chopped mint leaves.
In a small mixing bowl, break the eggs and beat them until they fluff up slightly.
Pour the beaten eggs into the dosa batter along with the saute onion mixture.
Add chopped mint leaves, turmeric powder, black peppercorns, and salt to taste.
