To prepare the strawberry and onion raita, start by rinsing the strawberries in water. remove the green stem on top and finely chop the strawberries. set them aside in a bowl until needed.
In a large bowl, add the curd, sugar, salt, cumin powder, and black pepper powder. whisk well until the mixture becomes soft, fluffy, and free from lumps.
Now, stir in the finely chopped onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves along with the chopped strawberries.
As you add the strawberries, you will notice the yogurt taking on a delightful pink hue.
Check the seasoning and adjust the salt and spice levels to suit your taste.
