To begin making the healthy beetroot millet paniyaram, soak the foxtail millet in warm water for 2-3 hours.
After soaking, drain the water completely and blend the millet in a mixer grinder until you get a smooth batter without adding water.
Add chopped beetroot to the millet batter and blend again until well combined.
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl.
Add instant oatmeal, rice flour, baking powder, powdered jaggery, and cardamom powder to the bowl.
