To begin making the green moong and onion pakoras, gather all the ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, green moong sprouts, sliced onions, chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and red chili powder.
Gradually add water, a little at a time, and mix well to make a thick batter. ensure there are no lumps.
Heat oil in a deep kadai or frying pan for deep frying.
Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and crisp.
