How To Cook?

Pressure cook the toor dal until it reaches a grainy consistency.

Heat a pan and dry roast the cumin seeds until fragrant.

Add ghee to the pan and saute minced garlic, chopped spring onion, and dill leaves on low heat for a minute.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, add chopped green chilies, and then add the boiled dal to the same pan. cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

Just before switching off the flame, squeeze in the lime juice and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
