To prepare the spicy shrimp & cluster beans stir fry, start by cleaning and cutting the cluster beans into bite-sized pieces.
In a kadai or wok, heat oil and add cumin seeds. let them crackle.
Once the cumin seeds crackle, add the sliced green chillies and finely chopped onions. saute until the onions become translucent.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few seconds until the raw smell disappears.
Now, add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become mushy.
