To begin making spicy jawla stuffed brinjal curry, first, clean and wash the fish (jawla). you can use any fish of your choice.
Grind together one onion, fresh coconut, tamarind pulp, red chilli powder, coconut oil, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt to form a smooth masala paste. this will be the stuffing for the brinjals.
Wash the brinjals and make a deep cross slit, keeping the stalks intact. stuff the brinjals with the prepared masala paste.
In a pan, heat some oil and saut„© finely chopped onion until translucent.
Now, add the stuffed brinjals to the pan and cook them on medium heat for a few minutes.
