To create the walnut-stuffed spicy peppers, start by lightly dry roasting the walnuts and fennel seeds separately in a kadai until they release their fragrant aroma.
After roasting, add the walnuts, fennel seeds, dried mint leaves, dry ginger powder, and salt into a blender. blend the mixture into a smooth paste, using a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
