Soak the red lentils for at least 1 hour or more.
Pat dry the zucchini slices and set them aside.
Blend the soaked lentils to a smooth batter, adding just enough water needed to blend.
In a mixing bowl, prepare the pakora batter by combining corn flour, salt, red chili powder, and baking soda. mix well until all the dry ingredients are combined. add the blended lentil batter to the mixture.
To the batter, add finely chopped ginger, green chilies, and cilantro. mix all the ingredients together until well combined. the batter should have a consistency similar to pancake batter. if needed, add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
