To start making the zucchini and basil souffl_ roll, heat a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan, and saute for about 2 minutes until the onion becomes tender.
Stir in the chopped zucchini and basil, and continue to cook over reduced heat until the zucchini is lightly cooked but not too soft.
