To prepare the stuffed fryums delight, cut the boat-shaped fryums into half horizontally, creating small hollow boats.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped onions and grated carrots. add lemon juice and a pinch of salt. mix well and set aside.
On a serving platter, arrange the fryums (boats).
Fill each fryum boat with a teaspoon of coriander mint chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.
Now, stuff each fryum boat with the onion-carrot filling, and sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder on top.
